Any APPROVED returns made will be eligible for store credit only! We DO NOT process Refunds!! ( If you ordered the wrong item and or color we are not responsible for the shipping fee.


If an item happens to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (5) days after delivery day. ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted .
Please attach photos of the return inquiry.



If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of your packing slip you received.
If you cannot provide us with this photo , we cannot assist you in the situation.


We do not provide prepaid return labels: you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. If the wrong color or size was sent to you we will then cover shipping.
